Terms of service

Important
– The client, when commissioning me, will be agreeing that I, the artist, will have the right to use the art as part of my portfolio and that I will be able to post it on my social networks as a divulgation. If the client prefers that the art not be publicized, they must notify in advance.
– The artist has the right to refuse/cancel a commission.
– Never say that the art is your authorship.
– Whenever possible, keep the signature in a visible place or credit the artist.Payment Process
– For customers residing in Brazil, the following payment platforms can be used: Nubank, Picpay, Pix.
– For customers residing in other countries, only the payment platform will be available: Paypal.
– Payment must be made before delivery of the approval draft (quick drawing with watermark). The commission will only start when the payment is made and the receipt is delivered.Refund
– If a withdrawal occurs through the customer and a refund is requested, the percentage of the amount will be calculated according to the progress of the commission. For the lineart stage: 75-50%, and for the painting stage: 50-25%. But if the art has already been finished, refunds will not be allowed.
– The customer will not have the right to receive the artwork as a prevention of possible scams.
– In cases of emergency breaks of an indefinite period through the artist, the customer will have the right to request cancellation and refund. 50% of the amount will be returned along with the art, regardless of the stage the drawing is in (sketch, lineart, flat color).Work Progress
– After the commission payment is made, I will start the approval sketch.
– When the approval sketch is sent, the customer can request changes so that the drawing is as desired. If everything is ok, the drawing will be continued.
– Drastic changes to drafts will be allowed a maximum of 2 times. After that, an extra fee of 25% of the original amount will be charged.
– Depending on the difficulty of the drawing, it may take between 1 to 10 days for the drawing to be completed.
– If there is a lack of pronouncement on my part for 1 week, please send me a message.

Importante
– O cliente, ao me comissionar estará concordando que eu, o artista terei o direito de usar a arte como parte do meu portfólio e que poderei postá-la em minhas redes sociais como divulgação. Caso o cliente prefira que a arte não seja divulgada, deverá avisar com antecedência.
– O artista tem o direito de recusar/cancelar uma comissão.
– Jamais diga que a arte é de sua autoria.
– Sempre que possível, manter a assinatura em um local visível ou dar créditos ao artista.Processo de Pagamento
– Para clientes residentes do Brasil, poderão ser utilizadas as seguintes plataformas de pagamento: Nubank, Picpay, Pix.
– Para clientes residentes de outros países, só será disponibilizada a plataforma de pagamento: Paypal.
– O pagamento deverá ser efetuado antes da entrega do rascunho de aprovação (desenho rápido com marca d'água). A comissão só será iniciada quando for realizado o pagamento e a entrega do comprovante.Reembolso
– Se ocorrer uma desistência por meio do cliente e um reembolso for solicitado, a porcentagem do valor será calculado de acordo com o andamento da comissão. Para o estágio de lineart: 75-50%, e para o estágio de pintura: 50-25%. Mas se a arte já tiver sido finalizada, não será permitido o reembolso.
– O cliente não terá o direito de receber o desenho como prevenção de possíveis golpes.
– Em casos de pausas emergenciais de período indeterminado por meio do artista, o cliente terá o direito de solicitar o cancelamento e o reembolso. 50% do valor será devolvido junto com a arte, independente do estágio em que o desenho estiver (sketch, lineart, flat color).Progresso do Trabalho
– Após ser efetuado o pagamento da comissão, eu irei iniciar o rascunho de aprovação.
– Quando o rascunho de aprovação for enviado, o cliente poderá realizar mudanças para que o desenho fique conforme o desejado. Se tudo estiver de acordo, o desenho será continuado.
– Mudanças drásticas nos rascunhos serão permitidos, no máximo, 2 vezes. Após isso, será cobrada uma taxa extra de 25% do valor original.
– Dependendo da dificuldade do desenho, pode levar entre 1 a 10 dias para o desenho ser finalizado.
– Se ocorrer uma falta de pronunciamento da minha parte durante 1 semana, por favor me envie uma mensagem.
